Jo-Ann supports staff and Board Members through a variety of administrative and clerical duties, ranging from presentation design to making meeting arrangements and maintaining electronic and paper files. Before joining the SC, Jo-Ann held progressively responsible positions, from purchasing agent to executive support to the Superintendent at the Durham Catholic District School Board. She has earned certificates in a variety of computer applications and continues to adapt as the need arises.
