Plan texts are legal documents that define the benefits and administration rules of a registered pension plan, and are filed with the regulators. All plan changes approved by the SC from 2007 through 2010 have been incorporated in the current OMERS Primary and Supplemental Plan texts. Any subsequent amendments will be filed as attachments as required, and can be reviewed by accessing plan change by-laws.
