Susan is responsible for keeping accurate records of board and committee meetings and has been responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of those meetings since early 2007, as well as for keeping Board Members current with information and technology. Formerly a board secretary to another jointly-sponsored benefits plan, and to not-for-profits and diverse organizations, she has also designed and managed a court reporting school, has an extensive background with arts associations and unions and with special events planning and media launches.
