Other Plan Changes

Other Plan Changes generally refer to improvements in plan language or minor “housekeeping” type changes that ensure legislative/regulatory requirements and administrative practice are appropriately reflected. These are primarily ‘Technical’ Plan Changes, but can also include provisions for plan policies and for ‘Exceptional Specified Changes’ (as defined in Section 6.2 of By-Law #12.)

They can be considered and approved at any meeting of the SC, but must follow the notification requirements outlined under our Communications Policy (generally 21 days, with some exceptions for legislative compliance).

All proposals for Other Plan Changes are posted for Stakeholder information after being tabled at an SC meeting.
