Stakeholder Requests for Plan Changes

Any Stakeholder (including plan members, former plan members, participating employers, and organizations representing active and retired plan members and participating employers) may submit a request for a plan change, which will be reviewed initially by the Plan Design Information Committee (PDIC).

Please remember:

  • While submissions can be made at any time for Specified or Other plan changes, decisions regarding Specified Plan Changes are made only during a particular time of year and follow a particular timeline and protocol. Full details (in By-Law #12) or - a high level overview and timeline are available.
  • Stakeholder requests for Specified Plan Changes must be received at the SC office before the end of February on the interactive form to be eligible for consideration in that year’s cycle.
