Networking, connecting, conversation, and idea-sharing are at the heart of OMERS employer conferences. For instance, one of the best practices shared by a number of participants was the importance of keeping on top of submitting forms to OMERS throughout the year. Held in Sudbury on May 25, over 300 administrators attended the conference in person and via webinar connection.
Highlights included two special workshops. One was a sneak peak of the new OMERS Administration Manual. The other was a feedback forum to find out what you need from us as we move forward with a major project to significantly upgrade our pension administration system and processes. We appreciate your ideas and input.
