- A member who is not receiving a pension payment, press 1
- A pensioner or survivor receiving a monthly pension payment, press 2
- An OMERS employer administrator, press 3.
- Calling about a Marriage breakdown, press 4.
- Calling for the OMERS address or fax number, press 5

- If you do not know which zone your group is in, press 0 or remain on the line.

Our new head office is located approximately three blocks north of Union Station on the north-west corner of Adelaide and Sheppard St. If you sent mail to our old address it will automatically be forwarded to the new location.
