You asked us to be notified by email when you have new e-Correspondence. We’re listening! Starting February 7, an email will automatically be sent to you when you have a new e-Correspondence message from us. The email will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
This improvement will save you time from having to check e-Correspondence for messages and help to process requests faster for members. If you do not wish to receive these email notifications, please call Client Services to have the notifications turned off.
Reminder! Leave reporting changes for ESA leaves effective February 6
Effective February 6, 2018, e-access will be updated with the new time limits for leaves that fall under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA). Click here to read the e-news about the changes (emailed to employers on January 31)
It's annual reconciliation season. We can help!
Just a friendly reminder that the 2017 annual reporting and reconciliation is now underway. We encourage you to start your annual reconciliation (e-Form 119) as soon as possible. Timely and accurate reporting is essential for us to provide Pension Reports to members by the June 30th deadline.
OMERS offers the services of our annual reconciliation team to assist with difficult cases and reporting. You can also request your own dedicated OMERS contact to help you complete your annual reporting. Contact OMERS Client Services at 416-369-2444, or dial 1-800-387-0813 and select option 3 for employer, then option 1 for e-Form 119.
